As the year of 2013 comes to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to reflect upon one of my biggest accomplishments. Finding healing through diet. I started the Paleo diet in 2012, but I didn’t become passionate about it until 2013, after I got the hang of things. Once I found healing, I knew that I had to do everything in my power to get the word out, and help others find healing as well. So I started MrsPaleoMommy.com. From July 2013 to today, I have gone from my grandmother and aunt “liking” my recipes to over 200 facebook followers! That may not sound like a lot, but to me, that is a huge accomplishment.

So to ring in the new year, I decided to share with you my top 5 most popular recipes of 2013. Which in actuality, are my top 5 most popular recipes EVER. Thank you all for following, and please continue to like and share my posts. Everyone deserves to find healing. Lets make sure they do.

1. Paleo Pasta Three Ways – August 22
While the Paleo Pasta itself is not my recipe, I have gone to town experimenting with it this year. This post includes instructions for making paleo crackers, paleo spaetzle, and paleo perogies! (My favorite food in the entire universe.) It is apparent that you all love pasta just as much as I do. because this post has gotten an outrageous amount of shares. If you are looking for more ways to use paleo pasta, here are a few:
Chicken Parmesan Meatballs
Homemade Paleo Ravioli
Mushroom Pepper Chicken
Be sure to keep your eye out for loads more. I make this pasta at least once a week.

2. Ginger Snaps and Pumpkin Dip – November 23
This is the very first dessert recipe I have shared on MrsPaleoMommy. Perfect for the holidays, I often serve them as an appetizer. My family devoured them at thanksgiving, and all of my non-paleo family members loved them. I have to say I am pretty proud of these.

3. Sweet Heat Chicken Bacon Bites – October 18
This was my first recipe to really stir up a commotion! These babies were pinned, shared, and liked more than any other of my recipes. They were even featured on The Sweet Season Blog!

4. Jalapeno Popper Chicken – November 13
Inspired by a guilty-pleasure, this recipe was a big hit across the web. I know I am not the only one who still craves junk food every now and then, so when I was able to make this healthy version of jalapeno poppers, I and my readers were thrilled!

5. Cranberry Glazed Pork Tenderloin – November 14
Pork Tenderloin is one of my favorite meals. I think the fact that the three of us can eat for under 5 bucks has a lot to do with that. Pork and fruit are just amazing together, in my opinion.
