I won’t bore you with the details, but I am having some computer issues, and I can not access the program I use to download my pictures. Hopefully I will have it fixed soon!

I am a sucker for dried fruit. And my favorite has always been mango! But it irritates me that they are usually coated in a butt-load of sugar…..completely unnecessary. So I started making my own at home. It’s super easy, and you save some money as well. This last batch, I decided to play around a little bit with some seasoning. The result: chili-lime deliciousness!

Don’t worry, as soon as I get my computer issues worked out, I WILL add some pictures.

Chili-Lime Dried Mango
Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and sliced into long, skinny strips
  • 2 TB chili powder
  • 2 TB coconut sugar
  • Juice of one lime

Directions:

  • Mix together juice and seasonings in a mixing bowl
  • Toss mango in seasoning mixture
  • Dehydrate for 8hrs
  • Enjoy!
