  • 2 C spinach
  • 1 C cilantro
  • 1 C pepperoncini peppers, stems removed
  • ⅓ C olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ C pine nuts
  • ½ C parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. combine all ingredients in a high power blender and process until smooth.
