Paleo Fish Tacos
- 1½ lbs wild Cod, cut into 6 fillets
- Salt and pepper
- preheat oven to 400
- rinse fish and pat dry
- season each side with salt and pepper
- Place fillets on a metal rack over a lined baking sheet
- cook 15-20 minutes depending on thickness
- Serve in taco shells topped with pico de gallo and guacamole
