Paleo Fish Tacos

  • 1½ lbs wild Cod, cut into 6 fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  1. preheat oven to 400
  2. rinse fish and pat dry
  3. season each side with salt and pepper
  4. Place fillets on a metal rack over a lined baking sheet
  5. cook 15-20 minutes depending on thickness
  6. Serve in taco shells topped with pico de gallo and guacamole
