Chimichurri

Serves: about 24oz
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 cup parsley
- 4 garlic cloves
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- 2 TB lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
