Bean-free Paleo Hummus

Ingredients
  • 4 C cauliflower florets
  • ½ C tahini
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ c lemon juice
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
