Pepperoncini Pesto

- 2 C spinach
- 1 C cilantro
- 1 C pepperoncini peppers, stems removed
- ⅓ C olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ C pine nuts
- ½ C parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- combine all ingredients in a high power blender and process until smooth.
