I am a sucker for dried fruit. And my favorite has always been mango! But it irritates me that they are usually coated in a butt-load of sugar…..completely unnecessary. So I started making my own at home. It’s super easy, and you save some money as well. This last batch, I decided to play around a little bit with some seasoning. The result: chili-lime deliciousness!

Chili-Lime Dried Mango
Ingredients:
- 2 mangoes, peeled and sliced into long, skinny strips
- 2 TB chili powder
- 2 TB coconut sugar
- Juice of one lime
Directions:
- Mix together juice and seasonings in a mixing bowl
- Toss mango in seasoning mixture
- Dehydrate for 8hrs
- Enjoy!
